Please make sure to fill in all of the spaces on the application. 2. 3 times the income as the rent (Example: Rent is $900 per month- income must be a minimum of $2,700 per month) 3. Good rental reference or up-to-date mortgage. Rental reference information must be included in the application and include landlord's name, contact, and length of time at address. 4. Steady job history with valid proof of income & contact information. Proof of income must be within the last 30-45 days and uploaded to the application. 5. Minimum of 600 credit score for each applicant. This is a requirement for individuals and cannot be combined. 6. Pet Policy: $500 nonrefundable pet fee; 2 pet maximum; $50 per month per pet for pet rent 7. Amount needed to move in: Full security deposit; full month rent, and all pet fees are due upon move-in in along with the transfer of utilities within 24 hours of move-in date. 8.
