The large shared porch is perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking in one of the best neighborhoods downtown Traverse City has, filled with other large classic homes. The two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath, and a half bath is on the main level for entertaining. The apartment has front and rear entries with a shared and secure mudroom in the front. In the back parking area each unit has a large single garage stall used for storage and an individual parking space. More storage and the private laundry is located in the separate basement area for this unit only. There aren't many places like this is in Traverse City so contact us today.
