This fully furnished beach house has a gate that leads out the backyard onto the sand. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a a separate office area. The first floor has a two car garage, laundry closet, and a large bedroom with king size bed, dresser, smart TV, and massive shower and walk-in closet. The second floor has the best views, and it has another master bedroom with a bunk bed with king-size mattress on bottom and twin bed on top. The kitchen, living, and dining room are also on the second floor, looking out at the beautiful beach and ocean view through a wall of windows rising up two stories high. This home has air conditioning throughout. There is a deck off the living room where you can sit and watch the waves., and the Sea World fireworks can be seen from the deck as well. The fully fenced in backyard has a deck, grassy area, and an outdoor surf shower to rinse off in after hitting the waves. Dogs allowed upon approval--Dog Beach is steps away.
