The main floor has a living room/dining room combo and the kitchen plus storage. There is no basement. A 1-car garage is very close (20 ft). The small complex is very nicely maintained and in a great quiet location. Pets are allowed with restrictions (max 2 pets, dogs only up to 35 lbs) and require additional deposit. No section 8, sorry. Also no smoking. Professional Management, screening required. Available July 1, not sooner. 12 month lease, but we are open to other ideas.
