Large bathroom with stand in shower. Living room with front entry between bedroom and kitchen. 24,000 btu heat pump for temperature control for both winter and summer. Central gas furnace for the real cold times. Stove, fridge, washer, dryer are all furnished with a storm cellar if needed. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per animal added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12-month lease.
