Main floor has nice kitchen with stove & fridge furnished and an adequate living space, one bedroom and bathroom with tub/shower. Hardwood floors throughout with tile in the bathroom. Second floor has carpeted stairs with 2nd bedroom and LARGE closet. Semi finished basement with washer & dryer. Attached single car garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. NorthWestern Energy is for electricity. City of Parkston for water. Tenant will need to contract with a garbage with a company in town. There is a propane tank at the property tenant is responsible to keep filled. Pet are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
