Three bedroom, 2 bathroom, furnished, “Coach House” in the North Naples Gated Community of Carlton Lakes. It is one of the very few communities in Naples that allow tenants to have up to two pets of any size! It is also the perfect location to enjoy all Naples has to offer. We are 5ish minutes down the road from Vanderbilt Beach/Delanor Wiggins State Beach Park. We have three other nearly identical properties! They are Property Listing #s 5592, 6168 and 8884. See FAQ. All my properties are end units and are simply spectacular. Amazing open concept layout with master at one end and two other bedrooms at the other end to enable privacy. Two lanais provide optimal views and sunshine! Main lanai faces west to enjoy the sunset. Another lanai off the kitchen allows you to enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning sunshine. Designer decorated with three large 4K TVs (Master, Great Room and 2nd bedroom), French country wooden dining room table, comfy lanai furniture set, French island kitchen table/chairs, white bedroom sets, 500 thread count sheets and high end duvets… Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has futon with the option of a high end, queen blow up bed with duvet cover. It also has a desk and is perfect if you need to do some work. Carlton Lakes has many amenities including 4 Har Tru tennis courts with night play, huge main pool and Jacuzzi, gym, local pool, bocce ball courts, basketball nets, jungle gym for kids and a clubhouse with programming such as water aerobics, card games and the like ! In addition, there are great areas for walks, bike rides, rollerblades etc. We also have a "Golf Club" that allows Carlton Lakes residents to play at Spanish Wells with reduced priced tee times. Veterans Park is about 1 mile away. It offers about 20 free Pickle Ball Courts, two leash free dog parks, hard court tennis, basket ball, baseball, soccer, , hand ball, bocce, roller hockey rink, jungle gym/playround area for kids... Our Happy Place has high speed internet, movie channels, beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes… We have been vacationing in Naples for 30 years and know our place will check all your boxes to give you the best experience Naples has to offer!
