Renting 2 bedrooms in a 3bd/2ba house behind UVa hospital THE HOUSE is a two story 1200 sq ft, 3bed/2bath. Very new, built in 2009. It has central heating and A/C, a high efficiency washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with dishwasher. There is a front porch, back patio, and a garden. Street parking is free. Walk or bike to university grounds or the downtown mall (20-25 min, 7-11 min). You can see the back of the hospital from the street (perfect for professionals, grad, or med students)! THE BEDROOMS are each about 12' x 10' with closet space that's 3' x 10'. Both have mattresses and box springs. You are more than welcome to bring your own furniture or I am working to provide dressers and desks on Sept 6. THE RENT is $475/mo, with utilities (electric and cable/internet) split for 3 (average usually $50-$100/person). The security deposit is one month's rent. Prefer at least 6 month stay, but am willing to negotiate. Move-in day is also negotiable. I move in September 2. I am a third year grad student in the biomed program. I am quiet and love to relax at home. I also love going to UVa sporting events especially basketball. I have a small rat terrier dog, and we enjoy training for agility competitions. She is well-behaved and very sweet; I’ll be keeping her in my room when I am at work/school. YOU should be awesome, down-to-earth, respectful of fellow roommates, and be able to pay rent on time. Non-smokers please and no more pets allowed on the lease, sorry.
