Credit Items will be scrutinized. Medical debt is overlooked. If you have rental debt or utility debt, you may be required to pay additional fees or pre-paid rent to qualify. Certain kinds of debt shows past behavior that makes you a potentially riskier tenants, which may result in financial loss to the property owners if you need to be evicted for non-payment of rent or rule violation.-Criminal Background isn't important if you have turned away from the people and behaviors of your past.
