Very wonderful place. Appliances are well taken care off. I am very thankful for the washer and dryer. Unit comes with ac and heater. Rooms have celling fans. I had no issues. Maintenance came right away after requesting light bulb change. Staff , very friendly. Rent is easy to pay, directly online or in person. Playground was wonderful. I didn’t get to use the pool. But looks very relaxing and clean. I seen two doggy park areas , fenced , looks clean. Parking , easy and right in front of our unit. I am very thankful for staff, Vianey, for all her dedication, hard work and helping us on any questions we had, signing paperwork, showing of the unit, and being to understand the process of moving and moving out. Speaks fluent Spanish. We will be renting again in the near future. Highly recommend this place. It’s under new management. Did I mention, trash service at your door? They have a set schedule for your waste pick up. For more details, must be a resident. Thank you again Vianey
