All utilities are included in the rent, plus there is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. We are looking for someone to basically monitor the building after hours and keep trash picked up outside. Since this unit is attached to a business, there is no yard, but one parking space in the back which is in the garage. This is on a busy corner in St. Paul as well, convenient to shops and restaurants. The work is not hard- we just need someone there making sure no one is disturbing the building after-hours, plus occasionally helping shovel. Deposit is the same as one month rent.
