Horizons is a great place. There are 3 pools and there is a quaint feel to being at a place with such history in the city. While there are no W/D connections in the unit, I have found the little portable set to be most effective. Definitely worth checking out.

My experience with Horizons East was great. I was interested in renting and the property manager Malaia was so helpful and very friendly. She was patient with me and all my questions. I didn't end up renting but the staff was by far one of the friendliest during my search.
