2 bed 1 bath apartment in a townhome style complex. Each unit has it's own private entrance (front and back) Unit in pictures is a different unit but it has the same finishes. Off street parking, on site coin operated laundry. Pet friendly! Water and trash are included. We are pet friendly! We allow pets with a max of 3, at $50 per pet. There is a $250 pet deposit for one pet, and $50 per additional pet. ESA/Svc Animals are not considered pets and are not charged a pet fee or deposit. Please apply now on our website or email us with questions. Showings will be schedule AFTER application approval only. This is to ensure the safety of our current tenants and our staff. There is a background screening, credit check (soft pull), and eviction search. We require your income to be 3x the rent amount. An approved application and showing does not mean you are approved automatically. You must view and accept the unit, and we will then offer a lease to the best applicant. The lease must be fully signed by all applicants co-signers and security deposit paid to consider the unit to be held for you.
