Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this unit offers: - Huge fenced yard - In-unit washer & dryer - 3 dedicated off-street parking spaces - Large storage unit for bikes, skis, gear, tools, etc. - Modern appliances in a recently updated space - Responsive, private landlords; no dealing with unhelpful property managers! Now accepting applications after touring! Minimum lease term is date of move-in (available July 13) through May 31, 2027. Note, some photos are of the top floor Unit A, but the lower floor Unit B is almost identical except there is no gas fireplace in the living room and instead of a balcony there is a slider door off living room to the sidewalk leading to the back yard. Successful applicants must meet minimum credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, & income-to-rent ratios; must show up on time for scheduled showing or send prior notice they will be late or need to reschedule. Credit reports required for all applicants, plus a verifiable source of income (e.g., employment with 2 months of recent pay stubs or other). Leasing criteria include no bankruptcies, evictions, or lease defaults. Comprehensive reusable credit reports not accepted. Screenings through property management software TurboTenant. Applications are digital. $45 non-refundable application fee per applicant (each adult living in the home must apply). $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. $1500 security deposit. Tenant pays for electric (including heat) directly to utility company. Tenant pays $100 per month flat fee to landlord for water/sewer/garbage. No smoking.
