I'm moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over the master bedroom of my spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The landlord is very attentive with upkeep, and you'd be sharing the apartment with a 35 yo female elementary school teacher who's been the best roommate to me! She is pretty quiet Sun-Thurs, and is very neat/organized. If you are messy, this would not be a good fit. During the week, she is pretty busy with school, gym, friends, etc. On the weekends, she's either hanging around Hoboken/NYC, or visiting her family in northern Jersey. I'm looking for a guy or girl, later 20s to mid 30s. Not super concerned with age (I was 21 when I moved in) but looking for a grown up roommate. The apartment: - Unique, converted 1870s schoolhouse condo in solid pre-war construction (seriously, the outside looks like Hogwarts) - 12 ft ceilings and oversized windows - great natural light -Stainless steel gas range, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, generous storage space -Elevator, fitness center, bicycle storage, laundry room and common outdoor courtyard -2 blocks to the Hoboken commuter bus stop to NYC/PATH, a 15 min walk to the PATH, 5 min walk to Church Square Park You would have to provide all furniture for your bedroom, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
