STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. DESCRIPTION: This is a charming little cottage only a few blocks from downtown Carolina Beach and the Boardwalk where you can enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting with all the comforts of home. The kitchen, dining area, and living room host an open floor plan that has a fully equipped kitchen (it even has a Keurig!) or just sitting around watching TV. There is a bunk room that features a large flat screen for gaming only. The main bedroom has two Full beds, a large walk in closet and private bathroom. The additional bedroom has a Full bed and the bunk bedroom has a pyramid bed - a Twin bed over a Full bed plus a Twin trundle underneath. Both these additional bedrooms share the hall bathroom. The backyard features a charcoal grill and picnic table; and the fenced in backyard is a nice plus for your four-legged family member. You'll also find boogie boards and a beach wagon to haul your stuff. The owner provides HBO Max, Roku TV and Netflix. Bedding Recap: 3 Full, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full) with Twin Trundle Parking: Parking for three vehicles Prohibited: Smoking, Use of Garage, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
