This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located on a private dirt road and is surrounded by beautiful trees on 5.2 acres of land. In the fall and winter time there is a lovely mountain view. During the cooler months the living room area has a hearty fire place to stay toasty and warm. The backyard has a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores on a star filled night. During the warmer months the front stone patio is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. The back deck is a spacious area to grill or to lounge in the sun. We have a screened in porch to escape into the shade that stays cool and comfortable in the hotter months. The interior of the home has gorgeous 20' high cathedral ceilings with lovely natural light. There is an open concept kitchen so you can hang out with friends and family around the large island while cooking. The house can come partially furnished or you can furnish yourself. There are three bedrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, and one in our newly renovated basement. Wireless internet is available for streaming along with cable on a 54" Sony flatscreen smart tv. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. There are 2 parking spaces. There are gardens in the front of the house with fruit trees and flowers and a vegetable garden on the side of the house that you are more than welcome to plant if desired. There is a studio that is attached to the right of the house that we use (as our private residence only) when we are in town. The utilities that are included are lawn care, snow plow, and internet), the renter is responsible for the Central Hudson bill (heating and air conditioning), this fluctuates monthly and garbage pick up.
