In the living room you will find vaulted ceilings as well as a fireplace. The dining room has a sliding glass door for easy access to the patio outside that is great for entertaining. Through the dining room you will find the kitchen. The appliance package includes a stove, refrigerator, built in microwave, as well as a dishwasher. Washer and dryer connections are also provided. All four bedrooms are spacious in size especially the primary bedroom that has an attached bathroom. Outside your will find a great size yard as well as storage building that can be used. SCHOOLS: Robert Cashion Elementary, Woodmont Middle, and Woodmont High School PETS: Dogs and cats allowed. 2 pet max. 90lbs or less. Pets once approved require a $50 pet acceptance fee, and $25.00 per pet per month. ALL HOMES ARE - NO SMOKING/VAPING NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE: In order to secure the property, Carolina Moves requires a non-refundable reservation fee, which is equal to the monthly rent amount, at the time of lease signing. At move in the non-refundable reservation fee is applied to the security deposit less $100 for the Resident Leasing Package APPLICATION, TERMS, AND FEES APPLICATION FEE: Application fee is $55 per person for anyone 18 yrs or older.
