Single occupancy only. No smoking/vaping on the property and no pets allowed. The owner occupies the attached home (private entrance for both sides). Along with the rent, a tenant is responsible for electricity and cable/internet. Everything else is included! Heat, snow removal, water/septic, and lawn care is included in the rental rate
