About 15 Long Beach Ave #7
This charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom first-floor condo is ideally located between Long Sands Beach and Short Sands Beach. It provides comfortable accommodations throughout the winter season, as well as convenient access to the beaches, local restaurants, and gift shops during the summertime. Should a longer tenancy be desired, the property owner is willing to enter into a 12-month lease agreement starting September 1, 2027. The tenant is responsible for electricity, internet, and sewer. The owner pays up to $100 per quarter for water. Any overage will be the responsibility of the tenant. The owner also pays all condo association fees which handle lawn care and snow removal. The unit is fully furnished. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Sorry, no pets allowed. A background check, credit check, approved application, and renter’s insurance are required.
