This lovely Ranch Style Home near Botany Woods has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a 2-car garage. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The home also includes a washer and dryer. The home has a large living room with a fireplace that is double-sided. The dining area and extra den lookout to the screened-in porch with a swing. The home has a large backyard that is fenced in and has a storage shed and an extra storage unit attached to the home. You will love the space in this home! Agent: Natalie Emory Schools : Wade Hampton High School, League Academy, Lake Forest Elementary Pet Policy: Pets under 50 pounds are allowed. We charge a non-refundable pet administration fee of $100 per pet and a monthly pet fee for each pet, up to $75 per month. For pet-friendly properties, more than 2 animals must be approved by the owner. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are permitted unless approved by the owner, except as required by applicable law. Before final approval can be obtained, applicants will be required to submit a pet application through a third-party pet screening company and provide pet photos and vaccination records. There is a fee of $30 per pet, per year, for this service. Disclaimer: If your application is accepted, you will be charged a $190 administration fee at the time of move-in. This is a one-time fee per household. Renters insurance is required for all properties.
