This lovely Ranch Style Home near Botany Woods has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a 2-car garage. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The home also includes a washer and dryer. The home has a large living room with a fireplace that is double-sided. The dining area and extra den lookout to the screened-in porch with a swing. The home has a large backyard that is fenced in and has a storage shed and an extra storage unit attached to the home. You will love the space in this home! Agent: Natalie Emory Schools : Wade Hampton High School, League Academy, Lake Forest Elementary Pet Policy: Pets under 50 pounds are allowed. We charge a non-refundable pet administration fee of $100 per pet and a monthly pet fee for each pet, up to $75 per month. For pet-friendly properties, more than 2 animals must be approved by the owner. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are permitted unless approved by the owner, except as required by applicable law.
