Outside there's a large lawn, vegetable garden, and a campfire area. Ample outdoor parking for multiple vehicles. Tenant covers heat, electric, internet, trash and all other utilities. Owner provides water, snow plowing and mowing of field. This cabin is accessed by a privately maintained road. The US Postal Service doesn't deliver to the house but you can get a PO box in Gilsum. FedEx and UPS however do deliver.
