Community doesn't offer a pool. - Tenants are responsible for utilities (water, trash, gas and electricity), lawn care and for keeping renter's insurance. Internet is not included. - Washer and dryer are not included in the appliances package. Pet Policy: pets allowed with approval and deposit.
