Nearby attractions include Park Springs Trail head (0.8 miles), Sugar Creek Elementary (0.6 miles), Old High Middle School (1.4 miles), Bark Park (1.4 miles), and Crystal Bridges (2.5 miles), Washer, dryer, refrigerator, range oven, and dishwasher all included. Application fee $35 per adult occupant or guarantor/co-signer. Deposit equal to one month's rent. 1-2 small to medium (50 pound maximum) pets considered, if house/litter trained and over 1 year old. $350 non-refundable pet fee for first pet, and $250 pet fee for second pet. 2 pet maximum. Credit, background, and income checks will apply to all adult residents. Applicants should have income of 3x the rent, a 600+ credit score, and a good background check.
