Private room upstairs on the second floor and private room on first floor of a share house both available. Each room is freshly painted and with new hardwood floors installed (each room is $1K). Has new window AC unit and central heating available. Parking is available via a long narrow driveway or on the street. Rent excludes utilities & internet. House is on a quiet suburban street in Cranford NJ. Downtown Cranford and Westfield are both minutes away with nearest train station just a 5-10 minute walk. Aside from private room, entire house is shared. Shared common spaces include bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and newly renovated study lounge. Additionally, there is a detached gym you can use (mainly built out for powerlifting, but there are racks, barbells, dumbbells, iron plates, bumpers, and a punching bag). I am a 25Y old male who currently lives in the house by myself. There are two private rooms available and I eventually am looking to fill both (house will eventually have 3 people living in it total). I am very clean and usually keep to myself, although I am open to socializing. On weekdays, I work in NYC so I will not be home often aside from temporary WFH days. In my free time, I train for powerlifting one my garage and I do photography/videography. Always open to have a new training partner or to work with another creative!
