SDSU COLLEGE AREA AVAILABLE December 1 or November 20, 2025 Studio is available for 1 person and 1 or 2 cats, small dog or aquarium. Studio is attached to the house and has a private front entrance and private pool and patio access from back of the unit. The unit has vaulted ceilings equipped with a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/ air fryer and double sink with plenty of cabinets! The awesome bathroom is graced with a large, custom tiled shower that you are sure to enjoy! Studio is rarely available as it is usually leased for years. This is a great, safe place to live with security doors at front and pool entrance. This house is very peaceful and quiet and is not a party house! It offers many amenities including washer and dryer and a lovely retreat in the back yard with a pool, patio and lounge chairs for sun bathing and a bbq, umbrella table and chairs for picnicking. We also have a fire pit to enjoy while having a drink, roasting marshmallows or just relaxing! Close to SDSU on Gary St. near Montezuma Rd. in a very convenient area. Minutes to Hwy 8, 15 and 805. Bus stop across street, blocks to Trolley Station and Public Library. I do not raise rents if you are a good tenant! If you are interested, please call or text Sharon for an appt at 619 985 2798.
