It is conveniently located in the Clairemont area and is walking distance from the Clairemont Town Square, post office and bus lines. We will be showing this unit and accepting applications at, Clairemont Rental Properties office, located at 4238 Balboa Ave, San Diego, Ca 92117, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9:30am-3:30pm. It will rent quick, so please schedule a viewing soon! You will be provided with our link to apply online once you have viewed the unit. We will request a $10 key holding deposit to check out our duplex key. We will return the key deposit when you return our key and provide you with applications if interested.
