Small but efficient kitchen. Listen to the ocean from anywhere in the condo as you fall asleep. Beach access from path across Hawk Creek. All services are included with your rent: cable, Internet, electricity, water, sewer, garbage (common dumpsters in parking lot). 3rd floor walkup, NO building elevators. Laundry just a few feet away. No smoking or vaping in building area. Only one (1) small cat or small dog allowed. Security, pet, and cleaning deposits are refundable if no damage occurs and unit is clean when you depart. Don't want to drive to Lincoln City for groceries? The nearby town of Pacific City's Chester's Grocery has most everything you need, including organic produce, and Grateful Bread Cafe is a delightful establishment for breakfast! Just across the parking lot from the condo are Hawk Creek Cafe (open for lunch and dinner), Provisions, Neskowin Farmers' Market across 101 (Saturdays, seasonal), Art Fair, and the cutest 4th of July parade imaginable!
