This unit is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment built in 2008. The location is very convenient, not only it is close by many restaurants, but also it is near by sky train station. It would probably took you 5 mins drive from The Amazing Brentwood Mall, which contains a lot of well known shop, such as London Drugs, Tim Horton's and many other well known chain store. It would probably took you 7-10 minutes walk to Brentwood Town Center Station. The Whole Food, Shoppers, BC Liquor Store , BCIT or even Walmart and Home depot are just within 10 minutes drive as well. Overall, the unit's location is very convenient for the small family of 3-4 people. This unit also comes with washer/dryer, stove, fridge, oven and microwave. This unit is also partially furnished. There are no amenities in the apartment, but there are storage unit for this unit. The carpet was changed 2 years ago. $3,000/month + one time $200 move-in fee payable to strata Two Parking One Storage At least One year fix term lease Tenant is responsible for everything except for strata fee which include the water. ( Bc Hydro Bill, internet and things that will be used by the tenants) Deposit( Half-month rent) upon signing.
