**BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN 4-YEAR-OLD BASEMENT** Looking for a single person (female preferred) to rent an unfurnished bedroom in our 4-year-old house (basement suite) in Capitol Hill in Burnaby, starting as soon as August 1, 2026. There are 2 bedrooms in the suite. One of the bedrooms is occupied by your roommate, who is a responsible and respectful working female in her 20s. The other bedroom will be vacant on August 1. Each of the bedrooms has a door lockable from the outside for enhanced privacy (you'll be given a key), and a built-in closet for convenient organization. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Highly coveted area, close to many major bus routes including 95 SFU/Burrard Station, 130 Metrotown/Kootenay Loop, 129 Patterson Station/Holdom Station, 160 Port Coquitlam Station/Kootenay Loop. Enjoy the Italian cafes, hand-made gelatos, staple coffee shops, Safeway, Save-Ons, Whole Foods, The Amazing Brentwood, Eileen Dailly Pool and McGill Library, Confederation Park, McDonald's, mom-and-pop restaurants, and serene trails.
