Simple ability to just move in as the rent includes all furnishings as seen however there is only the large bed now to allow for a nice office space with a great view. You only pay electric, included are cable and internet with peacock, Netflix, Apple t included with 50 inch television. Text me and I will send you extra pix. Longer term will be $1,400 per month. It is available starting January 1 This area is quiet and safe with bus lines within a block and bus number 11 will take you to the University of Utah. I have not included the laundry facilities as it is rented area but am be able to allow you access around a scheduling which would be around my ability to have it available.
