Pets under 35lbs will be considered on a case by case basis. If approved there will be an additional $25/month per pet rent. Tenants pay all utilities. Currently serviced by City trash so no trash fees at this point. The property is wired with an Dempsey alarm system that the tenant may elect to maintain if preferred. We also verify your rental and employment history. $35 application fee per person over 18. Renters insurance is required for your protection.
