There is a master bedroom suite complete with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, dual vanity and private toilet closet. Very large walk in closet with cedar wood wall. The very large bonus room can be used as a game room, or office. There is a beautiful wooden desk which was constructed inside the home and will stay if the tenant prefers, or can be removed. Off the bonus room is the large laundry/storage room. There is a stackable washer & dryer which will stay in the property. Small yard at the very bottom of the property which is also usable space. There is a one (possibly two small) car garage with lots of additional storage space. This street is undoubtedly the most charming street in University Heights, just around the corner from Trolley Barn Park, walkable to SO MUCH. Quiet street with very few cars passing through. Pets under 35lbs will be considered on a case by case basis. If approved there will be an additional $25/month per pet rent. Tenants pay all utilities. Currently serviced by City trash so no trash fees at this point. The property is wired with an Dempsey alarm system that the tenant may elect to maintain if preferred. AMG Props will run a thorough background check on each applicant, including your credit, eviction & criminal history. We also verify your rental and employment history. $35 application fee per person over 18. Renters insurance is required for your protection.
