Located a short drive from ASU’s campus and near an AppalCART stop, Rainbow Trail offers charming, wooded setting with great back decks on each unit. There are two 4 duplexes in the complex, each with one upper and lower unit. Parking is included for tenants, but no guest parking is available. Enter into a galley style kitchen with eat-in bar, with lots of cabinet space and plenty of natural lighting. The spacious living room leads to a back deck that overlooks the woods, and provides a nice place to entertain friends or hang out in the pleasant High Country weather! There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each side of the shared living space, making this split floor plan feel more private and cozy. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, septic, and yard care included in the monthly rent. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
