One bedroom, half bath, and laundry room are located on the first floor; upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with its own bath and a second bedroom with another full bath. Conveniently located near UTEP, hospitals, schools, restaurants, and shopping centers. Rent is $2,050 per month with a deposit equal to one month's rent. Security deposit and rent must be paid within 24 hours of approval. Up to two pets allowed with a $300 non-refundable fee per pet, subject to landlord approval. Application fee is $50 per adult. Applicants must earn at least 2.5 times the rent, have no prior evictions or housing collections, and maintain rental insurance. No felonies that impact the safety of residents.
