Light, bright kitchen with newer appliances, island, and double ovens. Pet negotiable NO CATS NO FENCED IN BACKYARD. Good to excellent credit and verifiable income are required to apply. Monthly rent $3,250 NO SMOKING allowed in the home or in the garage, NO SUBLETTING OR SHORT-TERM RENTAL ALLOWED. Minimum of 5-7 business days for the application process and preparing the property for a move in. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Good-Excellent credit is required.
