Please note that Blake st runs North/South in between Jones and Pape, south of the Danforth. It's an old industrial street hidden in upper Leslieville across the street from public housing. In the history of the building with us, there's never been an issue, but some people prefer a more 'polished' street for image. Take a look at the building on google maps. These units typically don't last long, as they are under-priced for the size. We are good landlords and are looking for good tenants, and will do full credit checks.
