Off the kitchen is a dedicated laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer (included). There is a backdoor entry to a large back yard with a 6' privacy fence. The property is situated on a large corner lot with mature trees and a sprinkler system. There is an extra long single car attached garage. This home is located in the quiet Kipling neighborhood in Wheat Ridge with close access to Anderson Park and the Anderson pool. Tenants pay for trash pick-up, water/sewer/stormwater, electric and gas. No smoking is permitted anywhere in the home. There is no application fee, but each adult tenant will be charged for their own credit check fee and background check fee (~$35).
