The bedrooms have hardwood floors. There are many new/updated light fixtures throughout. The basement is partially finished with a large rec room. The washer/dryer hook-ups are located in the unfinished half of the basement. There is a 2-car attached garage with auto door opener. This property does have central air. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn & snow maintenance (lawn maintenance is included through November 2024). This property is pet friendly (limit 2, no Pitbulls allowed). $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. No smoking allowed. This property is licensed for 2-unrelated individuals or a family. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran.
