It has not been lived in since being renovated. The rent is $2500 per month. A security deposit of $2500 is required before moving in. Plowing, water, and sewer is included. All other utilites, including yard care is the tenant's responsibility. In addition to the main floor living area with a new kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and bathroom, there is a large basement that can be used for storage. This is where the washer/dryer hookups are located. We allow 2 pets max with a 45 pound weight limit.
