Inside, the home features three generous bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds) a large living room with section and giant TV, a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dedicated dining space and even a nook with desk when you need to get some work done. All renters will have access to the community pool and fitness center. The golf course is open to the public with varying rates from $50-$150 depending upon season and time of day. Guests are required to pay a $2500 security deposit, $250 cleaning fee, and given $300/mo allowance for gas and electricity combined. The private swimming pool may be heated at an additional cost.
