Large Dining Area sits off the Kitchen, which features all Stainless-Steel Appliances, ample cabinets, and a Window providing Natural Light. Both of these areas have contiguous Tiled Flooring. Luxury Vinyl Flooring throughout the rest of the unit. A full-Sized Clothes Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in the hallway towards the Two Bedrooms and Full Bathroom. The larger, back Bedroom has a Slider Door leading to a Covered Patio and Fenced Yard with Raised Garden Beds. Gas furnace and Air Conditioning!! Property Owner contracts with HVAC to change out furnace filters every 6 months, and services system every year. Driveway provides Two, Off-Street Parking spaces, with additional Visitors Parking at front of property. Resident is responsible for maintaining and watering yard, though owner provides a one-time yearly clean up. Pets are allowed, two maximum, case by case, with additional security deposit.
