Located in the Dungeness Meadows community minutes south of Sequim, this single wide mobile home is a gem. The 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit features laminate flooring, nice appliances, and a tandem carport for 2 cars. There is no laundry facility at this property. It hard to believe this is a 1966 vintage home. The unit is on a septic system and water is included so utility costs are low. Golf? Dungeness Meadows has its own golf course and golf is FREE for the residents. Free is good. Really nice quiet community.
