Beautiful maple floors, 9 foot ceilings, wide hallways, and no-step entries at the front and back doors. Stainless steel appliances, propane range, soft close cabinets and drawers, quartz countertops, and a massive pantry. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets and sheer and blackout curtains for privacy. The back yard is fully fenced with a large covered patio and propane fireplace to take in the Olympic mountain view year-round. Tenant is responsible for water, sewer, garbage, electricity, propane, and yard care (mowing & weeding). Please be sure you have your own equipment and time to keep the yard looking great, or be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required.
