Home boasts large windows, stunning views of the ocean and lush yet manicured acre of land (yard service included). The kitchen was built for the chefs in mind with more than enough storage. It is located off the lanai making it a perfect place to host dinners and guests. The lanai is covered and comfortable for all weather. The primary bedroom has the best views in the house and its own gorgeous on-suite. The two other bedrooms have bunk beds, one twin, and one full, allowing plenty of space for kids and/or guests. Maile street is walking distance to everything needed - farm stands, restaurants, coffee and tea shops, weekly farmers markets, grocery store, boutiques, post office, and theater to name a few. The outdoor shower is private, large, and the perfect space to clean up after a day on the land or a visit to the beach. Land is plentiful with many fruit trees and raised garden beds and is fully fenced, making it ideal for small children and pets. This space is one you'll never have to leave! The detached garage is large and has many built in cabinets and a long work station for those who love to tinker, build, or craft. This space has been used a recreation room (or rather man cave) with a poker table, dart boards, and more, however it's also perfect for a car! It's French doors open up to the back yard and a beautifully lit space with a large industrial sick under the deck and overlooking the ocean. It's truly a lovely space to host and have fun! Under the house has a "cowboy bathroom" and so much storage space. It's been used as a kids arts and crafts area for many years! There is also a stand-alone freezer for those fisherman, like us, to freeze their catch! We are scheduling showings by appointment only and will conduct a thorough review of candidates before committing to the right family. We take pride in our homes, whether we own, rent, or travel/visit, and are looking for those who share this value.
