The new mini split does Air Conditioning and Heating. Rent includes the water, sewer, city trash collection, & lawn care and quarterly pest control. Close to many restaurants, shopping, laundry matts, hospitals, and parks. Pets charged a $250 per pet deposit, and a $25 per pet monthly fee. Steady income must be verified, credit score of at least 580. No indoor smoking allowed. Fill out application only after told to do so, as there is a non refundable fee. Renter's Insurance required. Tenants must carry their own Renter's Liability Insurance. Turbo Tenant (through which you will fill out the application) offers renter's insurance both liability and personal contents at a nominal fee. The doors leading to the stairs are accessed by a locking number code and then your door also has a locking number code so the second floor units are doubly secure. This unit is currently being remodeled so the photos are of the unit across the hall. This unit is a mirror image of what is shown. When you enter the unit Kitchen is on the left and living room on the right instead of the way it looks in the photo. Everything will be the same as the photos but as a mirror image when this unit is complete. This rent price includes free water, sewer, trash pick up, yard care, and quarterly pest control. ONLY fill out application after you have completed the free prescreener and we have talked on the phone, as the application fee is non refundable. Application must be filled out by all adults (18 and older) planning to live in the unit.
