You, as our guests are free to gently enjoy this spacious and beautiful half acre upcountry paradise with one other house on it, small basketball court and multiple yards for the children to play in. Renters insurance required, and you must be very financially stable and able to prove that. We cover utilities except you pay Internet+Electric (we can pay the bill and you reimburse us each month for those two) Do not drive up to property as it is a multi-unit tenant occupied private property, with no trespassing allowed.
