Excellent over head A/C. Cook and heat with LP gas. Nearly new Queen bed with storage on the sides and under the bed. Outside lockable storage bins on the sides. A full 30 and a 40 gal LP tanks to get you a great start! Well water furnished. Driveway right to the entrance door from a gated driveway. Requires first and last months rent ($800/month) plus a ($500) damage deposit. Rental to a responsible adult only with good rental references, clean record, and steady employment history. Rent to income ratio is approximately $2843 to $3400/month depending on your thrift habits. Cleaned, disinfected and ready for someone to make it home. (NOTE: Bent floor vent in pic's has been replaced.)
