It's a semi basement but it's newly renovated so it's bright, clean and airy. Not only has the room just been renovated but the bathroom has as well. You would live with one other person whose bedroom is upstairs, so it's really quite private but also the shared living spaces are large and beautiful if you'd like to socialize and entertain. The house has a large kitchen and a living room with high ceilings and an antique chandelier. There's a backyard, a front porch and in suite laundry and dishwasher.
