I am looking for a tenant who is clean, organized, mature, and financially responsible. Your rent includes all utilities so there is no need for you to register with each utility company or to have extra payments. No pets. No smoking. No vaping. No drugs. I am in a Home Owners Association that provides professional lawn care, raking, landscaping, and snow removal. I will pay the HOA fees.
