Trash and exterior maintenance provided by the HOA and included in the price of rent! 3,023 sq. ft. of living space. District 12 schools. 1 dog under 40 lbs. may be allowed. Sorry, no cats, birds, or fish tanks over 55 gallons. Monthly pet rent of $35 per pet applies and an additional refundable Security Deposit of $300 per pet is required. The security deposit for this property is the same as 1.5 times one month's rent.
