The primary bedroom and one guest bedroom are located on the main level, with two very large guest bedrooms in the basement. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. Basement also includes a large living space with wet bar. Unit includes refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer hookups. Trash and exterior maintenance provided by the HOA and included in the price of rent! 3,023 sq. ft. of living space. District 12 schools. 1 dog under 40 lbs. may be allowed. Sorry, no cats, birds, or fish tanks over 55 gallons. Monthly pet rent of $35 per pet applies and an additional refundable Security Deposit of $300 per pet is required. The security deposit for this property is the same as 1.5 times one month's rent. Applicant has the right to provide All Seasons, LLC CRMC a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado revised statutes; and if the Applicant provides All Seasons, LLC CRMC with a PTSR, All Seasons, LLC CRMC is prohibited from: 1) charging the applicant a rental application fee or 2) charging the applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. While All Seasons, LLC CRMC does accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, which would result in no application fee being required (or possibly an application fee refund), we do still require that all applicants complete our application.
